The introductory letter explains that since last year, Little Elf has been back at Elf School. He’s made a special request to return to your home, and, because of his excellent behaviour progress, Santa has granted special permission.
This year Little Elf arrives through the supplied Elf Door. Simply place this on your main door a few days before the elf is due. Your children will spot the door and will be full of wonder as to what will arrive.
After arrival, each day, pick one letter / activity card to ‘arrive’ through the door with a task or activity for the day. These include:
- Lapland breakfast
- National Gingerbread Day
- Little Elf’s birthday party
- Bauble and spoon challenge
- Memory games, tree spotting and other easy to organise fun activites.
Some tasks require some advance planning, others are extremely straightforward and you can pick and choose what to do each day to fit in with what else you have going on.
Feel free to drop in some elf mischief a couple of times in December, but don’t feel you have to think up something for every day.
Behaviour charts and the elf report card are included – just like last time!
