From 27th November 2018: Order before 11pm and we’ll send your order out the next working day by Royal Mail First Class post. We understand you need your order quickly as the countdown to December begins.
Normally, we despatch orders within 1-2 working days. We deliver UK orders by Royal Mail. Over 80% of our parcels land the next working day after despatch but may take a little longer.
You will receive an email when your order is despatched. Please check your junk folder if you do not see correspondence from us.
The cost of delivery is dependent on the weight of what you order, to a maximum of £3.45 within the UK. Delivery is free on UK orders over £50. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. 80% of our parcels land the next working day after despatch but the exact date of delivery is not guaranteed.
Royal Mail will only pay compensation for loss once 15 working days have passed since the item was posted. Before contacting us to report a lost or delayed parcel, please check with your local Royal Mail delivery office – the postman may have forgotten to leave a card. Nine out of ten times, the parcel is sitting waiting for you at the delivery office.
If there is still no sign of your parcel, please contact us and we will process the necessary paperwork; Royal Mail will contact you to clarify the circumstances and your refund can be arranged. It’s horrible for everyone when this happens, but we’ll liaise closely with you to make it as pain free as possible.
We offer delivery to some selected countries outside the UK. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout. For international orders exceeding £100 value, please contact us before placing your order for agreement and a custom shipping quote. We reserve the right to cancel and refund large international orders when no contact / agreement has been made with us.
We fully conform to UK distance selling regulations. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt. Should you wish to return your goods, please contact us and request a Returns Number. Write this clearly on the outside of your parcel and send it to our usual address. We recommend using a signed for service. The customer is responsible for the cost of returns, except where we have made an error. Please note that in the case of personalised sets, these are non-returnable due to the customised nature of the goods. We will process all returns and issue corresponding refunds within 5 working days of receiving your returned item(s). Your statutory rights are not affected.
